Who is responsible

A4IT BV, at the address above, is the controller of the personal data described here. Questions and requests go to Tim De Smedt, by letter to that address or through the contact form.

What we receive when you use the contact form

• Your name and email address, and your company and phone number if you fill them in
• The topic you chose and the text of your message

We use this only to answer your message and, if it leads to work, to prepare a proposal. The legal ground is your request and the steps before a contract. There is no newsletter and your details are not sold or shared for advertising.

How the message travels

The form is handled on our own web server and forwarded to our mailbox through a mail delivery service (Outboundly). The security question is checked with a signed token; nothing about it is stored. The message is not kept on the web server.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your question. If you become a client, the correspondence is kept with the file for the period the law requires for business records. Otherwise you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.
